(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following basic policy to eliminate anti-social forces, fulfill its corporate social responsibilities, support the sound development of medical information services, and maintain the trust of users. All executives and employees shall comply with this policy.
Organizational Response
Under the leadership of management, the Company will respond firmly to anti-social forces as an organization as a whole.
The Company will also establish internal policies and response systems, while prioritizing the safety of executives and employees involved.
Cooperation with External Specialists
The Company maintains close cooperation with police authorities, attorneys, and other professional organizations, enabling prompt consultation and response in the event of unreasonable demands or incidents.
Complete Severance of All Relationships Including Business Transactions
The Company shall completely sever all relationships with anti-social forces, including business relationships.
Necessary investigations and confirmations will also be conducted when selecting business partners to ensure exclusion of any association with anti-social forces.
Civil and Criminal Legal Actions in Emergencies
The Company will firmly reject any unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces and will take appropriate civil and criminal legal measures when necessary.
Prohibition of Secret Deals and Financial Support
The Company shall never engage in secret transactions with anti-social forces.
Under no circumstances will the Company provide financial support or special favors to such entities.
