Flora International Medical Internet Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Terms of Serviceregarding the use of various servicesprovided by the Company(hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

Users shall complete registration in accordance with the methods specified by the Company after agreeing to these Terms.

Activities related to criminal acts
Infringement of the rights of the Company or third parties
Unauthorized access or attacks on systems
Interference with the operation of the Services
Registration of false information
Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 4 (Changes or Suspension of Services)
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Services without prior notice to users.
Article 5 (Medical Service Disclaimer)
The Services function as a platform supporting cooperation with medical institutions and do not directly provide medical treatment. Diagnosis and treatment shall be conducted under the responsibility of the respective medical institutions.
Article 6 (Payment Services)
Payment functions within the Services may be provided through third-party payment providers. Conditions related to payments shall be governed by the terms and conditions of each provider.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services.
Article 9 (Restriction of Use and Account Termination)
If a user violates these Terms, the Company may, without prior notice, restrict the user’s access to the Services or terminate the user’s registration.
Article 10 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location.
